The total revenue of this year’s fair held at the Bangsamoro Government Center here is pegged at P12 million covering March 21 up to April 20, 2023, exceeding then the target sales, accroding to MTIT.

With more than 50 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) and other local exhibitors participating in the event, the trade fair featured various local products in native delicacies, processed foods, souvenirs, garments and fashion accessories, among other genuine homemade crafts.

Snooky Gani, chief of Enterprise and Trade Development Division of MTIT, emphasized that through the Ramadhan Trade Fair, these MSMEs were provided with a venue to showcase, promote, and sell their products, which was a huge help in boosting their income.

“The trade is also a way to enable other people from outside the Bangsamoro region to better perceive and understand diverse cultures, and working together towards economic recovery and seeking cultural solidarity,” Gani said.
