| Koronadal, South Cotabato -- "Planning is trying to discover how to accomplish goals before you commit yourself." This was emphasized by regional director Jaime S. Paller of the National Statistics Office (NSO) during the Regional Planning Workshop of NSO XII held at Punta Isla, Lake Sebu, South Cotabato last 14-15 December 2005. The workshop was divided into four parts: 1. Review and Assessment of 2005 Accomplishments, Plans and Targets, Strength and Weaknesses; 2. Commitments and Performance Indicators and Action Planning Measures; 3. Workload Analysis and Personnel Assignments; and 4. Gender and Development (GAD) Plan and Budget.
