GMA to open P15M grains/feedstock services center in Valencia

PRESIDENT Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is scheduled to lead the opening of the Grains/Feedstock Services Center in Upland, Hagkol, Valencia City, Bukidnon today, June 16.

The project, costing P15,176,406 and managed by the Bukidnon Integrated Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (BIFAMPCO), is expected to provide farmers in the grains-producing city and neighboring municipalities access to post-harvest facilities and farm services.

Muslim leaders announce support to GMA

AMIDST the political controversies faced by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and her administration, Muslim leaders in Marawi City, Lanao del Sur headed by Governor Aleem Bashier D. Manalao expressed full support and trust to the Arroyo administration in overcoming the challenges.

In his letter of support sent recently to Malacanang, Gov. Manalao said he strongly believes that all accusations against President Arroyo and her family, as well as all attacks that attempt to undermine her presidency and her capacity to lead the people in building a strong republic are just products of selfish motives by power-hungry individuals and groups.
