CWC chairman Gracia Anacta revealed in an interview that come school opening, in time for Brigada Eskwela, schoolchildren of barangay Lalawigan, Borongan proper and barangay Sabang will be encouraged to collect the plastics and cellophanes from their nearby streets.

Since it is only the start of the project, only the three areas are targeted as pilot areas, Anacta said.

With the help of their teachers, every collected cellophane will be recorded because in a month's time, some cash incentives will be rewarded to the child who would have most of the cellophanes collected; this is in coordination with the Solid Waste Management Council of the city, she said.
