BALANGA CITY, Bataan, Jan 17 (PIA) -- The city government of Balanga revealed that its newly founded University Town of the Peninsula Foundation, Inc. earned P10 million from private donors which will be used to increase the number of scholars in the city. Balanga City bats for zero illiteracy rate

CITY OF BALANGA, Bataan, May 4 (PIA) -- The education sector here is eyeing the gradual reduction of illiteracy rate among children and youth by allotting more land space and projects in Balanga for students.
