TAGUIG CITY, August 28 (PIA) -- Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano has ordered a campaign to educate residents of the city on the new Rainfall Warning System (RWS) of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
