KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato, Jan. 25 (PIA) -- The Overseas Workers Welfare Adminstration in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (OWWA-ARMM) conducted its orientation and Entrepreneurship Development Training/ Financial Literacy on January 22. Beneficiaries of deceased Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) under the Education and Livelihood Assistance Program (ELAP) attended the said event. Isabela provincial gov't allots P70-M for livelihood assistance program
SAN MATEO, Isabela, May 21 (PIA) -- The provincial government of Isabela allotted P70 million this year for livelihood assistance program aimed at providing and increasing the income of small and medium entrepreneurs in province.
