CALAMBA CITY, Laguna, July 29 (PIA) -- The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) is a Government Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) whose mission is to ensure adequate financial access of every Pilipino to quality health care services through the efficient administration of the National Health Insurance Program (NHIP).
