New school building to be built at Guihulngan National High School
DUMAGUETE CITY, Sept 4 (PIA) -- The provincial government here led the construction of a one-unit, two-classroom school building at the Gihulngan National High School in Guihulngan City.     NegOr to build infra projects in Guihulngan barangays

    DUMAGUETE CITY, April 9 (PIA) -- The provincial government here is now set to construct infrastructure and development projects amounting to P11 million in the barangays of Guihulngan City.
