MAHINOG, Camiguin, July 27 -- The Mahinog town mayor is one of the three local chief executives (LCEs) in Northern Mindanao who was given an award by the Philippine National Police (PNP) in the region.     NorMin PNP reports a crime solution efficiency of 24.67%
