NEGROS ORIENTAL, April 20 (PIA) -- Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo assured the public that the province is now ready for the hosting of the Palarong Pambansa 2013.
In a press conference held recently, he said that all aspects of preparations have been taken cared of by the different working committees.
“It is with great pride and honor for the province of Negros Oriental to host for the first time a national event such as Palarong Pambansa," says Degamo.
According to NegOr Schol Division Superintendent Salustiano Jimenez the event is expected to gather 20,000 athletes, officials, VIPs and spectators.
