DAVAO CITY, April 22 (PIA) -- The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) has turned-over completed PAMANA (Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan) projects in Basilan last April 13. At least eight projects were completed and turned-over to the local government units, each amounting to P1.5 million. OPAPP officials also said thirteen more projects are ongoing.
