MARAMAG, Bukidnon, Feb 12 (PIA) -- Three barangays of Maramag municipality, this province, bagged the 2012 Green Banner Award during the regional nutrition awarding ceremony recently held in Cagayan de Oro City.
The three barangays namely Danggawan, North Poblacion, and Panalsalan, topped due to the effective and efficient implementation of its Barangay Plan of Action for Nutrition.
Mayor Alicia P. Resus said this is the first in history that Maramag barangays excelled in the regional competition in terms of nutrition program implementation.
