DENR, MARIKINA INK MOA TO RESTORE WATERSHED

MARIKINA CITY, July 17 (PIA) -- The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the local government of Marikina recently signed a memorandum of agreement that aims to restore the Marikina Watershed by planting trees at Sitio Kayrupa, Barangay San Rafael, Rodriguez, Rizal Province. DENR Assistant Secretary Michelle Angelica Go, who represented Secretary Ramon Jesus Paje, and Marikina Mayor Del de Guzman led the agreement signing over the weekend at the city’s sentrong pangkultura.
