QUEZON CITY, March 1 (PIA) -- The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the city government of Marikina is intensifying its fire prevention campaign to ensure public safety this summer season.
The campaign aims to remind residents of Marikina to take preventive measures to reduce fire-related incidents in the city.
“March is the National Fire Prevention Month. The city government cooperates with the BFP on its fire prevention campaign. Though it is better to take precautions against fires not only during the summer season, but in the entire year,” Marikina Mayor Del De Guzman said in a statement.
