LTO XI: HELMET LAW COVERS EVERYONE INCLUDING LAW ENFORCERS

DAVAO CITY, Jan 18 (PIA)- The Land Transportation Office XI (LTO-XI) warned traffic cops and traffic enforcers of local government units that they are not exempted from the use of prescribed and standard helmets as provided by law. Macario Gonzaga, assistant regional director of the LTO XI said traffic enforcers are supposed to be the models in the compliance of the Helmet law so that motorists will conform to the regulation.
