PWD ORG IN FLORIDABLANCA IS MODEL ASSOCIATION

FLORIDABLANCA, Pampanga, Aug 3 (PIA) -- The Floridablanca Association of Persons with Disabilities (FAWD) was awarded the Huwarang Samahan ng mga May Kapansanan (Model Association of PWDs) in the recently concluded regional recognition of LGUs, groups, and individuals that promote the welfare of PWDs. The group has a membership of 964 PWDs and in existence for three years now. The FAWD worked on identifying the PWDs in the 33 barangays of Floridablanca and formed them into organizations.
