QUEZON CITY, June 18---Tropical Storm Emong may have strenghened but a Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, Astronomical and Space Administration (Pagasa) forecast said it will not directly affect the country yet as it remained at sea. In its 11 a.m. forecasts, Pagasa said Emong's maximum sustained winds increased from 55 kph from 65 kph and forecasted to move Northwards at 19 kph.
