QUEZON CITY, Sept. 25 (PIA) -- The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) has announced that the winners of the search for Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts (TOBS) of the Philippines will be known on Monday, October 1 as they released the names of the 23 national finalists of the 2012 search.
