VIRAC, Catanduanes, Feb. 6, (PIA) -- A resolution was filed by Provincial Board member Wilfredo Santelices during the 4th regular session for the establishment of Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) satellite office in Catanduanes.
The resolution aims to ease the burden of Catandunganon from getting and availing services of PRC particularly to those who wish to get their examinations and licenses renewal.
It will also lessen the risk when traveling since Catandunganons must travel to mainland Bicol just to avail PRC’s service.
According to Santelices, residents of the province will save money, time, and effort if PRC satellite office would be established in the province.
It can be noted that PRC conducted its first mobile outreach program here, at the Provincial Capitol dome last November 2011 that earned many positive reactions from teachers and other professionals who availed the office’s service. (MAL/EAB-PIA Catanduanes)
