DTI-Laguna begins issuing ICC stickers for motorcycle helmets
VICTORIA, Laguna, August 6 (PIA) -- The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)-Laguna has started issuing International Commodity Clearance (ICC) stickers for motorcycle helmets since July 24, DTI Provincial Susan Palo said.
