Trade fair showcases Cavite’s products
TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite, July 2 (PIA) -- The Likhang Kabitenyo Foundation Inc. (LKFI) is currently holding a month-long trade fair at Robinson’s Place in Imus in collaboration with the provincial office of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
The trade fair, from June 22 to July 22, aims to promote Cavite’s products as well as assist manufacturers in marketing their products.
Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are showcasing high quality products and raw materials, including fruit and vegetables in the month-long trade fair.
The Foundation is Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered and is a non-stock, non-profit organization. It continually advocates entrepreneurship among Caviteños and aims to promote the province as a venue for business. It also hopes to strengthen cooperatives that are actively involved in the growth and development of MSMEs.
It also provides financial and product development assistance for further product improvement of entrepreneurs to meet international standards.
Meanwhile, the opening of the trade fair coincided with the general assembly of Foundation members from 19 towns and four cities of the province. (CPG4A with report from DTI-Cavite)
