DOLE holds orientation on new wage order for Cavite employers

TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite, June 6 (PIA) -- The provincial office of the Department of Labor (DoLE) here has recently conducted an orientation on the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of the new wage order as part of their continuing labor education seminar (CLES).

About 50 participants representing 35 companies from different parts of the province attended the activity which aimed to clarify issues on the implementation of Wage Order IV-A-15 in Calabarzon.

Rosalinda G. Reyes, senior labor and employment officer of DOLE Cavite and Engr. Joseph P. Gacosta acted as resource speakers and both willingly accommodated questions thrown at them by the participants.

DOLE Cavite Head Enrico S. Sagmit said their office will continuously hold labor education seminars on the latest wage order every Friday at 1 pm at their office until all the issues and queries from their clientele are totally resolved.
