Kidapawan City village strengthens anti-dengue campaign
KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato, Aug 6 (PIA) -- Barangay Magsaysay in Kidapawan City, North Cotabato has intensified its campaign in fighting dengue.
Barangay Magsaysay Chairman Gregorio Lonzaga said this measure is in response to the recorded case of the City Health Office (CHO) wherein two patients from the said village died due to dengue.
“We are saddened that the sisters who died due to dengue were our constituents, that is why we acted accordingly to spare our people from it,” Lonzaga said.
Local official are also encouraging village residents to cooperate in this endeavor since the safety of everyone still lies within them.

Residents are reminded to be more responsible by maintaining proper sanitation in their homes and to be more vigilant in seeking medical attention in case they observed primary symptom of dengue.
