Cebuano news: Gobyerno i-implementar ang performance-based system sa paghatag og mga bonus sa mga workers – DBM Secretary Abad

SURIGAO CITY, Hulyo 11 (PIA) -- Ang administrasyon ni Pangulong Benigno S. Aquino III moimplementar sa performance-based system sa paghatag og bonus nga nahilakip sa 2013 General Appropriations Act, matud ni Budget Secretary Florencio Abad kagahapon Martes.

Sa press briefing didto sa Malacañang, si Abad miingon nga ang maong “innovation” sa paghatag og mga bonus ngadto sa mga deserving nga mga empleyado ug institusyon kini subay sa direktiba ni Pangulong Aquino aron hiusahon ang tanang performance-based management system sa gobyerno.

"We hope to strengthen also the accountability of public institutions and public servants to perform their mandates and, therefore, we continue to deepen performance budgeting and harmonize all performance-based management systems in government,” si Abad miingon.

Dugang pa niya nga ang dugang bonus lahi kaysa naandan nga productivity enhancement incentive nga ipanghatag ngadto sa mga empleyado sa gobyerno ug mga institusyon matag tuig.

“But one innovation that we are going to introduce next year is a system of performance-based bonuses which can range from 5,000 to 35,000 pesos per employee on top of the productivity enhancement incentive of about 5,000 that they will be receiving,” sulti ni Abad.
