Panabo City dawn watchers pray for prosperity

PANABO CITY, Davao del Norte, July 17 (PIA) -- Dawn watchers in Panabo City gather every day at 4a.m., except Sundays at the Panabo City Gym from June 4 to July 21 to pray for the development and prosperity not only of Panabo City but also for individual concerns, for the Philippines and for the whole world.

South Korean Pastor, Rev. Kim Kap-Dong brought the said activity in Panabo City, after Tagum City Dawn Watch culmination on May 19, 2012. The Panabo Evangelical Ministerial Association (PEMA) embraced the proposal through the leadership of PEMA President Pastor Manolito Tidoy who firmly believed on the power of prayer manifested in the best practice of South Korea’s 50 years’ advancement in terms of prosperity and development.

The dawn watchers team of Panabo has attended three different dawn watch culmination programs in Davao del Notre: Tagum City, Mun. of Sto. Tomas and New Corella. They have also been invited to attend the dawn watch culmination program in Municipality of Braulio E. Dujali on July 14, 2012.

Panabo Dawn Watch organizers are anticipating that more participants, specifically visitors, will be flocking on July 21 culmination program to join the praise and worship. (Marjorie Bustamante/CIO-LGU Panabo)
