Cebuano News: Pangagamhan sa Hinunangan nakadawat sa PCF nga pasidungog pag-usab

MAASIN CITY, Southern Leyte, June 15 (PIA) -- Ang local nga pangagamhanan sa Hinunangan nakadawat og ganti sa Performance Challenge Fund (PCF) nga pasidungog sa ikaduha nga hut-ong sa Seal of Good Housekeeping (SGH) kaniadtong 2011.

Si Secretary Jesse M. Robredo sa Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) nanguna diha sa rehiyonal nga paglusad sa Seal of Disaster Preparedness atoll sa Tapatan roadshow kalabot sa Disaster Preparedness kaniadtong Lunes, Hunyo 11 nga gipahigayon didto sa DPWH Multi-Purpose Hall, Government Center, Palo, Leyte.

Nga gawas sa pagpanguna diha sa pagpirma sa pledge of commitment ngadto sa Disaster Preparedness atoll sa Tapatan roadshow, si Secretary Robredo usab nag-apod-apod og nga tseke ngadto sa pito ka mga lungsod kinsa gihatagan og pasidungog diha sa ika-duha nga hut-ong sa SGH kanidtong 2011, matud ni Loren Abrau- Aniciete, LGOO V/PIO-designate sa Department of Interior and Local Government Provincial Office nagtahu diha sa usa ka press release.

“Mayor Romeo Gomez of Hinunangan received from Secretary Robredo the replica of the P1 million PCF check. The Municipality of Hinunangan is Southern Leyte's lone recipient of the P1 million Performance Challenge Fund for being SGH-compliant,” matud niya.

Si Aniciete mipahayag nga ang mga awardee nga LGU na-ila tungod sa ilang maayo nga performance diha sa internal housekeeping ilabina kalabot sa mga dapit sa Sound Fiscal Management, Transparency og Accountability, og Valuing Performance Management.

“It is likewise fully compliant to the DILG’s Full Disclosure Policy and has achieved acceptable levels of findings from the Commission on Audit,” matud niya.

Ang SGH usa ka eligibility nga gikinahanglan aron sa pagkab-ot sa PCF, ingon nga usa ka insentibo nga pundo ngadto sa mga LGUs sa porma nga counterpart alang sa mga prohekto nga paga-paluyohan gikan sa 20 porsiyento nga Internal Revenue Allotment sa LGU, dugang niyang pahayag diha sa usa ka press release.
