“If we’re still experiencing any aftershocks sa area, we’d like to encourage the people not to go back in the area. Pero kung may go signal na from the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council and the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council na safe na, then that’s the time to go back,” sering ni Lacierda.

“Ang pakiusap lang namin po ngayon ay sundin ang mga suggestions or mga instructions ng ating government officials. The only thing that we’re concerned with is your safety,” sering niya.

“One of the things na mahalaga with respect to our buildings is that it should comply with the National Building Code. May bago tayong Building Code na ginawa and that’s why it should be in compliance with the requirements of the National Building Code,” sering niya.

And, once more, it demonstrated our partnership between government and mass media and I hope in times of crisis we can rely on eath other for the proper dissemination of information,” sering niya.
