Kabankalan PNP joins Brigada Eskwela 2012

KABANKALAN CITY, Negros Occidental, May 29 (PIA6) - - Personnel of the Kabankalan Police Station joined the National Schools Maintenance Week dubbed Brigada Eskwela which started on May 21, a press release from Kabankalan said.

Police personnel teamed up with the Talubangi Elementary school faculty, staff, students and parents in cleaning and repairing the school and its facilities.

Police personnel also helped in the clean-up and maintenance activities at Binicuil National Extension High School. They were joined by faculty, staff, parents and students of the school.

Among the activities which were undertaken were cleaning the surroundings of dried leaves, masonry job, carpentry works, gardening, de-weeding and clearing of canals and esteros.

Kabankalan City is 97 kilometers south of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental and 100 kilometers from Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.*(Kabankalan City/CD/JCM/PIA6)
