| President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo inaugurates the Jones 2 bridge at barangay poblacion Jones, Isabela. The Jones Bridge 2 Project is an all weather bridge with a total length of 361.20 lineal meters. The bridge is 7.32 lineal-meters wide, with 0.76 lineal-meter sidewalks. It spans the Cagayan River and directly links the adjacent towns of Jones and San Agustin in Isabela. The bridge connects the northeastern part of Luzon to the commercial centers of Isabela. Cagayan, Kalinga, Apayao and Nueva Viscaya. Also in photo are Cong. Giorgidi Aggabao 4th District, Isabela Governor Maria Cielo Grace Padaca, and DPWH Secretary Hermogenees Ebdane.
