GenSan hosts franchise seminar for MSMEs

General Santos City (14 February) -- The Philippine Franchise Association (PFA) invites successful micro, small and medium enterprises in Region 12 to the General Santos Venture Facilitation and Linkaging Seminar dubbed as "How to Franchise Your Business Seminar" which will be held on February 19, Tuesday, from 1:00PM-9:00PM at the Bali and Bandar Seri Rooms, East Asia Royale Hotel.

Noted speakers will present helpful topics to help participants better understand the concept and advantages of franchising as the fastest way to grow and expand ones business.

The speakers include the who's who in Philippine franchising like Mr. Robert Trota, President of PFA and Max's Restaurant; Ms. Bing Limjoco, PFA Chairman and CEO of Francorp Phils, the World Leader in Franchise Development and Consulting and Mr. Manuel Siggaoat, President of Francorp Phils. and Chairman of Manels Group of Companies. Below are the topics of the seminar:

  • Trends, Opportunities and the Best Prospects in Franchising – by Mr. Robert Trota
  • The Franchise Advantage and Keys to Franchisability – by Ms. Bing Limjoco
  • The Legal and Ethical Aspects of Franchising – by Mr. Manuel Siggaoat

The other topics are franchise development process including structure, operations, sales and marketing by Mr. Joselito Samson, Francorp Consultant; and a testimony by Mr. Edgino Bogayong, the owner of the "Kuya Chito's Takuyaki Japanese Balls", a popular concept which originated from General Santos City and now has numerous outlets scattered all over the country.

Without doubt, the seminar provides a great opportunity to learn from franchise experts and practitioners willing to share their valuable experiences and expertise in Franchising.

Moreover, MSMEs will have the chance to meet financial and information technology solution providers such as PLDT Business Solutions, Planters Development Bank and Small Business Corporation with useful products, services and systems designed to improve business operations and achieve further growth.
