Comelec deputizes gov't ICT-capable personnel for election dutiesThe Commission on Elections (Comelec) promulgated last December 29, 2009 Comelec Resolution No. 8738 entitled "Deputation of Information Technology-capable personnel of agencies and instrumentalities of government, including government owned and controlled corporations, in connection with the May 10, 2010 National and Local elections." Said resolution was posted on January 7, 2010 in the Comelec website, www.comelec.gov.ph.
