1. Training of Trainors on Interpersonal Skills and Peer Counseling
2. Follow-up of Trainors' Training held at Great Eastern Hotel in 1999
3. Preventive Drug Education Programs for:
   • families
   • community health workers
   • teachers
   • counselors
   • school administrators
   • local government officials of member countries
4. Preventive Drug Education Program for Tri-Media Practitioners
5. Integrating Scouting in PDE
6. Integrating PDE in the Curriculum
7. Training for Youth Leaders in PDE
8. Training on PDE through multi-delivery system ( e.g. hot lines, e-mail, cyber-counseling )

Research And Development

1. Prepare a research agenda
2. Submit research proposals relevant to PDE

Technical Assistance

1. Provide technical assistance to ASEAN projects in PDE
   • Serve as resource persons, consultants, etc.
   • Come-up with a directory of ASEAN consultants for various PDE related activities
2. Participate in national and international conferences on PDE and related activities

Social Mobilization And Resource Generation

1. Build an information Base of Partners and allies both national and international ( Directory )
   • Declared goals and ideology
   • Source of income and finance
   • Mechanism of internal and external coordination
   • Modes of networking
   • Corporate image and capacity
2. Maintain regular communication with identified core partners and allies
3. Adopt mechanism for collaborative activities ( e.g. Memo of Agreement, Contract, Resource Projects, etc. )
4. Organize a body of networks ( alliance )
5. Be an active member of existing alliance on Drug Abuse Prevention
