San Carlos City Mayor Julier "Ayoy" Resuello (right) bares to the media in a press conference Thursday the measures he has taken to prevent a repeat of the controversial loss of P9 million from the city coffers. A fact-finding committee headed by City Legal Officer Rodolfo Samson (left) found disbursing officer Leny Fermin to have committed three counts of malversation of public funds and grave misconduct. Land Bank-San Carlos signature verifier Dinah Rico was found to be equally liable while two other treasury personnel were found negligent in their tasks.
