Moderate to strong winds blowing from the East and Northeast will prevail over the Eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds coming from the East and Southeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and coming from the East and Northeast over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas. |
